Repro Steps

User Experience:

Visually impaired users who are screen reader dependent will face difficulty in understanding the name of the control and They will be confused to user to understand for which name of the control they are navigating. 

Note: 

User credentials should NOT be included in the bug.

Repro Steps:

  1. Open https://github.com/Azure/BatchExplorer .
  2. Navigate to the downloaded setup and select it.
  3. Navigate to the batch explorer.
  4. Navigate to job options and select it.
  5. Navigate to the left pane of "jobs" and select any created jobs button.
  6. Navigate to various controls "Refresh" control, delete popup control, disable popup and terminate popup controls.
  7. Verify whether Screen reader is announcing the name Information for the remove button under 'job configuration task' or not.

Actual Result:

 Screen reader is not announcing the name Information for the remove button under 'job configuration task'.
Observation: Screen readers (Narrator, JAWS, NVDA) are announcing as 'button'.

Expected Result:

Screen reader should announce the name Information for the remove button under 'job configuration task'.
Ex: Screen reader should announce as "job preparation remove button ".

Note: Same issue is observed for the similar controls are present throughout the application.
Same issue is observed for the edit button.
Navigation: jobs>created job>Configuration>Verify whether screen reader is announcing the name for the edit button or not.
Same issue is observed for the toggle advanced filter control present in the Nodes tab.
